HOW DOES RENTR HELP ME ARRANGE VIEWINGS?

A 1: LANDLORDS CAN EASILY CREATE VIEWINGS FOR NEW APPLICANTS

    If the Landlord has selected the Rentr Web portal only to market properties, the applicants enquiry will be indicated directly to the Landlord within the App. Once you have communicated with the applicant or received the notice of interest you can set up the viewing in the Rentr App:

  • Tap Menu > Viewing > Add new viewing (at the bottom)
  • Tap Property and select one of your properties by Short Description from the dropdown
  • Enter the email id of the applicant who wants to view the property
  • Pick a Date and Time
  • Add a Message
  • Press Save

If the applicant is new to Rentr, Rentr will send them an email with their login credentials and a link to download the app.

If the applicant is already a Rentr user, Rentr will contact them to login to the app and check and confirm the viewing.

 

A 2: RENTR WILL ASSIST WHERE A LANDLORD HAS PAID FOR ADDITIONAL MARKETING.

If the Landlord has selected to pay for marketing with Rightmove or Zoopla, the applicant will be contacted directly by Rentr and the enquiry will be handled by the Rentr Agency Services representative. The Landlord will be contacted with prospective applicants details and the Landlord can arrange the viewing from there if he is doing the viewings himself. The Rentr App will be updated with the viewings information as above.

A 3: LANDLORDS CAN CANCEL, CONFIRM, OR EDIT THE DATE AND TIME OF ANY VIEWING.

Rentr will contact the Applicant and let them know to check the details in their Rentr App.

 

A 4: APPLICANTS CAN CANCEL, CONFIRM OR CHANGE THE VIEWING DATE AND TIME.

Rentr will contact the Landlord and let them know to check the details in their Rentr App.

 

A 5: RENTR REMINDS OUR USERS WHEN VIEWING DATES ARE PASSED AND NOT YET CONFIRMED

This makes it easy for you to reschedule if you miss the time of your appointment.

Simply tap on the ‘Confirm’ button after the proposed time has passed, and you will be prompted to change the date and time.

A user can do the same on Tap of Edit Viewing.

 

A 6: RENTR ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE STRAIGHT FROM A SUCCESSFUL VIEWING TO MAKE AN APPLICATION FOR TENANCY

Rentr users can create tenancy applications as soon as a confirmed Viewing time has passed.

Just tap the ‘Make Application’ button on the Viewing screen.

 

A 7: RENTR REMINDS YOU WHEN A VIEWING TIME HAS PASSED

If the ‘Make Application’ button has not been used to create a Tenancy Application, Rentr reminds the Landlord and their prospective tenant, thus making it easy to move to the next step.
