OK, HOW DO I MANAGE MY PROPERTY DETAILS ON RENTR?

A 1: ADD A PROPERTY

A Landlord can add a property record to Rentr from the side Menu > Add Property

OR

A Landlord can add a property record to Rentr from the side Menu > My property > Add New Property (at the bottom).

Fill in all the required information on all three tabs, and save the details.

Remember to include photographs. You can use your mobile device to take photographs and add them straight to Rentr, or you can choose images you have saved on your device.

Put your property on the market when it is available by selecting your marketing channels and setting the ‘Available from’ and ‘Marketing’ dates.

 

A 2: EDIT PROPERTY DETAILS

  • Tap on Menu > My Property
  • Tap on the property you want to edit
  • Tap on Edit Property on the top right side of the screen.

All the fields become editable and you can make changes and save them.

 

A 3: VIEW ALL PROPERTY IMAGES

  • Tap on Menu > My Property
  • Tap on the property you want to edit
  • Tap on the orange ‘Photo’ Tab (top or bottom of the property record)

A Landlord can see all the images that have been added to the property.

 

A 4: CHANGE THE MAIN DISPLAY IMAGE FOR A PROPERTY

  • Tap on Menu > My Property
  • Tap on the property you want to edit
  • Tap on the orange ‘Photo’ Tab (top or bottom of the property record)
  • Tap on ‘Edit’ (top right)
  • Tap on the image which you want to save as a cover image
  • Tap “Assign As Cover”.

The selected image will be the new cover image of that property.

 

A 5: USE THE RENTR ‘MARKETING DATE’

The Marketing Date allows Landlords to control the advertising of their properties.

Properties are advertised from the ‘Marketing Date’.

If a Landlord has selected to market a property on Rentr, Rightmove or Zoopla, Rentr will post an advert from the selected Marketing date.

 

A 6: USE THE RENTR ‘AVAILABLE DATE’

A property is only available for tenancy on the selected Available date.

This means that if a new tenancy Application is made with a Tenancy Start Date before the Available date, Rentr will ask the Tenant or Landlord creating the application to pick a later date.

When a Tenancy Agreement is active Rentr sets the Available Date to the day after the final date of the Tenancy.

A Landlord can edit the Available Date at any time, though you cannot set a property as being available on a date current covered by an existing Tenancy Agreement.
